A petrol tanker has exploded in Abeokuta, Ogun State, killing at least three persons.
The incident happened on the IBBC Boulevard in Abeokuta, after the petrol tanker fell and poured its content on the road.
Reports say at least five vehicles and one motorcycle were also burnt in the fire.
Ogun State Commissioner for Special Duties, FEMI OGUNBANWO, said a number of people suffered burns and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
