President Muhammadu Buhari has joined other Nigerians and music lovers around the world in mourning the death of popular musician, Sound Sultan.
In a condolence message to the family of the late singer, whose real name is Olanrewaju Fasasi, President Buhari said his death is not only a loss to the music industry, but to the country as a whole.
According to a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, President Buhari noted that Sound Sultan lived an exemplary life as a celebrated rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor.
