The Department of State Services, DSS, has warned of an alleged plot by criminals to bomb some public places in different parts of Nigeria during the holiday season.
DSS spokesman, PETER AFUNANYA, announced in a statement that the planned attacks are to be carried out through the use of explosives, suicide bombing and other dangerous weapons.
AFUNANYA said the secret service requires Nigerians to be extra vigilant, and to report strange movements and suspicions to the relevant security agencies.
