The Rivers State Government has warned about an alleged plot to hijack planned EndSARS protests by a faction of the All Progressives Congress in the state.
PAULINUS NSIRIM, who is the Commissioner for Information and Communication, alleged that those who plan to hijack the protest intend to cause the destruction of lives and property in the state.
NSIRIM said security agencies have been called upon to take not of the alleged plot and take immediate action to stop it.
Meanwhile; Governor NYESOM WIKE has again backed the call for total reform of the Nigeria Police, in a message to thousands of women who joined the EndSARS protest in Port Harcourt.
