Nominations for this year’s Academy Awards have been released.
‘The Power of the Dog’ by Jane Campion, starring Benedict Cumberbatch , is leading with twelve nominations.
It is closely followed by ‘Dune’, which has ten nominations, and ‘Belfast and West Side Story’, which have seven nominations each.
Olivia Colman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Andrew Garfield are among the UK acting nominees in the leading categories.
Dame Judi Dench and Ciarán Hinds are nominated for supporting roles.
