The Nigerian Military has reported more breakthroughs in the ongoing fight against terrorists in the North East, and criminal gangs in other parts of the country, in the last two weeks.
The Acting Director of Defence Media Operations, Brigadier General Benard Onyeuku, said troops killed several bandits, kidnappers and members of other criminal gangs.
Brigadier General Onyeuku, while addressing a news conference in Abuja, said troops also recovered some cattle that were stolen by bandits.
Speaking further, Brigadier General Onyeuku also listed the area of operations where the breakthroughs were recorded.
