Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State says some persons are committing crimes in the South-East through the banned the Indigenous People of Biafra and the Eastern Security Network.
Governor UMAHI, who spoke during an interview on a television programme earlier today, said criminals who may not be members of IPOB and ESN are committing crimes in the name of the pro-Biafra groups.
Umahi said the criminals, whom he did not mention exactly who they are, pretend to be members of ESN, and IPOB so that the persecution of IPOB and ESN by the Federal Government will cover them.
