Academic activities will resume at the University of Lagos in Akoka, Yaba, on Thursday next week, which is August 26.
The announcement of the reopening of the institution comes six weeks after a forced closure of the Akoka campus due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
The management of UNILAG also approved the immediate takeoff of second semester examinations next week, which shall be done physically on campus.
Meanwhile; students who are returning to the hostels are expected to be those who were allocated bed space, and were registered for the second semester of the 2019-2020 session.
