The People’s Democratic Party has faulted the use of thugs to attack peaceful protesters.
PDP’s national spokesman, KOLA OLOGBODIYAN, advised President MUHAMMADU BUHARI to listen to the voice of the street and make the police responsible.
On the other hand, the All Progressives Congress says the protesters have shown rare courage and their voices have been heard.
In a message on its social media handle, the ruling party said now was the time for action, adding that the protesters must keep their activities peaceful.
