The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru, has paid a visit to troops who are fighting insurgents in the North-East.
The visit by Lieutenant General Attahiru comes after some soldiers lost their lives in an attack by Boko Haram on a military base in Mainok.
Speaking with newsmen in Mainok, the Army Chief declared that remained committed to the battle against the terrorists and would defeat them.
