President Muhammadu Buhari has asked the Senate to confirm the appointment of Justice Salisu Garba as the Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.
Senate President Ahmad Lawan informed his colleagues about President BUHARI’s request in a letter he read on the floor during plenary.
This comes four months after the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, swore-in Justice GARBA as Acting Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, following the retirement of Justice Ishaq Bello.
