The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is preparing a fresh case against former governor of Abia State and Senate Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
EFCC Chairman, Adulrasheed Bawa, also confirmed the move, also said he was not worried about death threats against him by yet-to-be identified persons.
Adulrasheed Bawa made the revelations during the weekly ministerial media briefing at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Adulrasheed Bawa also explained that part of his strategies is the creation of a special control unit to monitor the activities of non-designated financial institutions that are being used for money laundering.
