Celebrity nightclub owner, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has regained his freedom from the Economic and Financial Crime Commission.
Cubana Chief Priest personally confirmed his release in a post on his Instagram page, days after he was picked up by EFCC operatives at the Abuja airport on arrival from Owerri, Imo State.
The EFCC has not issued any statement on the arrest and release of Cubana Chief Priest, but unnamed sources close to the agency told newsmen that his detention was over alleged money laundering and tax fraud.
