Governor Nasir El-Rufai has said that the security situation in Kaduna State is not as bad as being reported in the media.
Governor El-Rufai admitted that his state has large areas of ungoverned spaces, adding that incidents of security breaches do not mean that the entire state is not safe.
Speaking at an event organized by the Ekiti State Government in the capital, Ado-Ekiti, Governor El-Rufai stressed the need for all sections of the country to work together to tackle the current security challenges.
El-Rufai observed that Boko Haram terrorists who are running away from their ISWAP rivals in the North-East are now moving towards the North Central.
