Invictus Obi to face stiffer sanctions after 10-years in US jail

Nigerian-born Obinwanne Okeke, who is serving a ten-year jail term in the United State for wire fraud, will not be able to do any job that will require handling of money or access to bank accounts, when he completes his sentence.

The restriction is part of conditions attached to the judgment against Okeke, also known as Invictus Obi, by the U.S. Eastern District Court of Virginia.

In addition to his imprisonment and future job restrictions, Okeke is also to forfeit his known and unknown assets and to refund nearly eleven million dollars he stole from three US companies.

According to court documents obtained by Premium Times; the thirty-three-year-old convict is also to undergo three years of supervised release after completing his jail term.
