The Lagos State Government now has a law that empowers its officials to investigate and prosecute cases of financial crimes in the state.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu signed the law yesterday, which was passed by the Lagos State House of Assembly recently.
The law was sponsored by the State Executive, and it covers state officials and contractors who are indicted for economic and financial crimes in Lagos.
