A new Commissioner of Police has been appointed for the Lagos State Police Command.
He is C.P. Abiodun Alabi, who takes over from Hakeem Odumosu, who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police.
C.P. Alabi is expected to resume at the Lagos State Police Command headquarters next week when A.I.G. Odumosu is due to retire from the Nigeria Police Force.
Until his latest posting, C.P. Alabi has been in charge of the Bauchi State Police Command as Commissioner of Police.
