In another development, an officer of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority has been dismissed for misconduct, but the name is not given.
LASTMA General Manager, Olajide Oduyoye, confirmed in a statement that the dismissed officer was seen in a viral Facebook post demanding for bribe from a vehicle owner.
Oduyoye explained that the Personnel Management Board, also known as Disciplinary Committee, investigated the matter in June this year and found the officer guilty of gross misconduct.
