The Nigeria Labour Congress has kicked against plans to remove the national minimum wage from the Exclusive Legislative List.
In order to drive home its position, the leadership of the NLC has directed its members to occupy al legislative houses across the country from Wednesday next week.
The NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, who issued the directive at a news conference in Abuja yesterday, said if the amendment is approved, some state governments would turn their workers into slaves.
