The Nigerian Bar Association has faulted the rate at which courts issue conflicting orders, especially on political matters.
The NBA says judges are not the only ones to blame for the practices, but also lawyers, especially senior members of the Bar, who allow themselves to be used by politicians.
NBA President, Olumide Akpata, said in a statement that the practice of issuing conflicting court orders is against the reasons for the existence of the judiciary.
Olumide Akpata also said he would request for a meeting with the Chief Justice of Nigeria to discuss ways to address the issue completely.
