President Buhari performed the ceremony at the State House in Abuja, before the meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
The ceremony was witnessed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.
Speaking in an interview with newsmen, the Head of Service of the Federation explained that the job before the new Permanent Secretaries is huge.
The incoming Permanent Secretaries, including Maryan Ngozi Onwudiwe, Ibrahim Idris Yusuf, Marcus Olaniyi, also shared their expectations on their new roles.
