Repairs have started at the Lekki Tollgate in Lagos, where soldiers allegedly opened fire on EndSARS protesters on October 20, last year.
The Lekki Tollgate was first closed on October 12, 2020, as the EndSARS protests, which started in Ikeja area of Lagos, spread to other parts of the city.
The move to reopen the Tollgate comes three days after the Lagos State Judicial Panel voted in favour of the request by the Lekki Concession Company to return to business at the Tollgate.
However; the decision of the Panel during its sitting last Saturday has continued to draw mixed reactions from members of the public.
