Russia mourns killing of 7 children killed in Kazan gun violence

Nine people, including seven children, have been killed in a shooting at a school in the Russian city of Kazan.

Officials say twenty-one others, mostly children, were injured, while a nineteen-year-old suspect has been detained for the attack.

Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Mishustin, described the incident as “great sorrow”, while President Vladimir Putin has said he would review the country’s gun control laws.
