The Nigerian Senate has confirmed the appointment of Ahmed Kuru as Managing Director of the Asset Management Corporate of Nigeria, AMCON.
The Senate also approved the appointment of Eberechukwu Uneze and Aminu Ismail as AMCON Executive Directors.
The Senate’s approval followed the presentation of the report of the Committee on Banking, Insurance and other financial Institutions.
The report was presented by Chairman of the Committee, Senator Uba Sani, who reported that the nominees performed well during their screening.
