Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, called for an improvement in the training of Nigerian lawyers so as to prepare them to perform better.
Professor Osinbajo, who was a law teacher before joining politics, complained that graduates that are being produced by Nigerian Law Schools cannot measure up to global standard.
Osinbajo, who shared his views in a presentation at an event organized by Afe Babalola University, said what students are thought at the law school are no longer useful in tackling current legal challenges.
