State governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress have endorsed the decision to shift the party’s national convention from Saturday, February 26, 2022
Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, who doubles as Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, announced their decision after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House in Abuja.
Ekiti, Ebonyi, Jigawa, Kaduna, Lagos, Borno, Niger, Gombe, Osun, Kebbi, Kwara, Yobe, Imo, Ogun, Plateau, Kogi, Kano, Nasarawa, and Cross River governors attended the meeting.
The Deputy Governor of Anambra State was also present.
