Bandits have abducted some students of the Federal Government Girls College, Birnin Yauri, in Kebbi State.
Details of the incident are still not very clear, but some unconfirmed reports claim that about thirty students and at least five teachers were taken away by the bandits.
The Kebbi State Police Command spokesman, Nafiu Abubakar, confirmed the incident to newsmen, but could not confirm the exact number of those who were abducted.
