The court give the order for one application wey the APC National Chairmo, Abdullahi Adamu, file before the court wey him come de challenge one lower court judgement wey rule say statutory delegates fit participate for today’s primary election.

The APC chairmo for the suit , come de argue say Section eighty-four subsection eight of the Electoral Act on top statutory delegates’ participation for the primary no dey in line with Section two hundred and twenty-three of the constitution.
