Human rights lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to stop the police from disrupting the planned EndSARS anniversary protests.
Femi Falana challenged President Buhari to stand by his oath of office, adding that the Nigeria Police Force lacks the power to ban public protest in the country.
In a statement, Falana recalled that President Buhari and other leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress also took part in public protests before their victory in the 2015 general elections.
