A security consulting company hired by the Lagos State Government has said that no military weapon was used on EndSARS protesters on the night of October 20 last year when soldiers disrupted the protest at the Lekki Tollgate.
Tonye Willie-Harry, who works for the United Kingdom-based Oxygene Consulting, made this known while analysing the report his company presented to the Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for Victims of Police Brutality.
Willie-Harry told the Panel that no protester at the tollgate was found with injury caused by military grade weapon before 9PM on the night of the incident.
