PDP defends cost of nomination forms for presidential aspirants

The Peoples Democratic party has defended the forty-million-naira cost of nomination form for presidential aspirants.

The PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba who spoke in a TV programme monitored by Lasgidi FM News Desk, said the cost is a reflection of the economic reality in the country.

Recall that the party at its National Executive Council meeting held in Abuja on Wednesday, fixed the presidential expression of interest form at five million naira and the nomination form at thirty-five million naira.
