The United States has warned China against providing assistance to Russian on the invasion of Ukraine by its military forces.
The US also warned that China will face consequences if it helps Russia to escape sanctions imposed on it for the invasion of Ukraine.
The warning followed reports that an unnamed US officials revealed that Russia had asked China for military assistance.
However, the Chinese foreign ministry has accused the US of spreading disinformation, while Russia denied asking Beijing for military help.
