Former governor of Lagos State and APC national leader, Bola Tinubu, has formerly hinted about his interest in the 2023 presidential election.
Bola Tinubu made this known during a meeting with some political leaders from the northern part of Nigeria, whom he told that his final decision would be made after wide consultations.
Tinubu reportedly said he was not going to turn down voices that have clamoured for him to run for president, but said he still needed to talk with his friends before choosing a date for his open declaration.
The APC chieftain said President Buhari was still in office, and that he does not want to distract him from all the challenges he by shaking the political waters.
