The Port Harcourt Division of the Court of Appeal will tomorrow, Thursday, October 28, determine whether the national convention of the People’s Democratic Party should go ahead as planned this weekend.
However; the three-man Appeal Court Panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, yesterday threw out an application challenging the suspension of Uche Secondus by the PDP leadership at his ward in Rivers State.
The PDP intends to elect new members of its National Working Committee at the special convention, which holds in Abuja on Friday and Saturday this week.
