Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have arrested twenty-nine suspected internet fraudsters in Awka, Anambra State.
The raid was carried out by EFCC operatives from the Enugu Zonal office based on what the anti-graft agency described as credible intelligence.
In a statement, the EFCC said it recovered five expensive cars from the suspects, including a brand new Mercedes Benz GLK.
The agency said it would charge the suspects to court as investigations are concluded.
