Faisal Maina, who is facing fraud trial together with his father, Abdulrasheed Maina, has fled to the United States.
The EFCC alleged that the son of the former Chairman of the Presidential Task Team fled Nigeria through Niger Republic.
The agency informed Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja of its investigations after the younger MAINA refused to attend his trial since November last year.
