The people of Rivers State are set to elect new chairmen and councilors across the twenty-three local government areas of the state.
In readiness for the council elections tomorrow, Governor Nyesom Wike has ordered a restriction of human and vehicular movement in the state for most of tomorrow.
In a broadcast to people of the state, Governor Wike said the movement restriction will begin from midnight later today.
