A man has jumped off the 7th floor of one of the high-rise buildings within the One Thousand and Four estate in Victoria Island.
The incident happened yesterday following a raid by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, said in a statement that some residents informed the agency about the incident.
Uwujaren said the man sustained injuries, which is different from claims by some persons on social media that he died after the long fall.
He also said the incident was being investigated by the Bar Beach Division of the Nigeria Police.
Uwujaren maintained that EFCC operatives involved in the operation left the area without any incident.
